Letters to the editor of The Argus-Press are accepted from anyone who wants to express an opinion. Letters on any topic and from any viewpoint are invited, must not exceed 400 words, must be legibly written and must contain the name, address and phone number of the writer. Letters sent by e-mail must contain the same information. Only the writer’s name and city of residence will be published. Letters may be mailed or hand-delivered to the newspaper at 201 E. Exchange St. , Owosso , Mich. 48867 , or e-mailed to argus@chartermi.net. The Argus-Press reserves the right to edit letters, both for length and content, and is the final judge of publication.
