William ‘Bill' C. Annibal

Age 79, of Owosso, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2009, at his residence.
Bill retired from General Motors - Buick as a test mechanic in engineering.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 6, at Nelson-House Funeral Home, with Pastor Cal Emerson officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday, with the family present from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.
Bill was born Dec. 11, 1929, in Davison, the son of Stephen and Violet (Hazelton) Annibal. He graduated from Davison High School with the class of 1947. He served in the United States Navy aboard the U.S.S. Coral Sea.
On Sept. 26, 1953, he married Ellen J. Patchel in Angola, Ind. He was an avid boater, enjoyed camping, fishing and watching nature. He had a wonderful outlook on life and spending time with his family was very important to him.
Survivors include his wife Ellen; son Stephen W. (Carrie) Annibal; daughters Kerri Annibal (Jim) Niemiec and Jodi L. Smith (Gary Nequist); grandchildren Kayse Chubb, Pvt. Jeffery Annibal, Tricia N. Annibal (Nicholas) Hammond, Jordan T. Smith and Bryanne L. Smith; several nieces and nephews; and several other loving family members and friends.
He was predeceased by his parents; and sister Delores Ferris.
